George A. Baker, Esq.

Since 1989, George A. Baker has been practicing law in Connecticut. As an established attorney and in-house counsel for more than 20 years, George Baker built his credibility by solving complex issues for individuals and small size businesses at various law firms.

George served as the Tolland Probate Judge from 1995 – 1998. Practicing at both small and mid-size firms in the Hartford area, he served as in-house counsel for several local companies. Since 2006, Attorney George A. Baker has operated his own law practice and recently moved the firm to Glastonbury, Connecticut.

Attorney George A. Baker practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Residential Real Estate, Business and Corporate Law, Franchise Law, and Employment Law. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford, Tolland County Bar Association, and the Hartford County Bar Association. He participated as part of the Connecticut Probate Assembly from 1995-1998 and is a member of the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut (HRACC). He resides in Ellington with his wife Judith and his daughters Emily and Jessica and is a member of Saint Luke’s Church in Ellington, Connecticut.

Attorney George A. Baker obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Western New England College School of Law in 1989. He also maintains his Connecticut Health and Life Insurance license and NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses.
